What is an Authorized Store?
An Authorized Store is a shop appointed by Ventela to sell its products. On the official list, every shop appears with its shop name, user ID and city. Because the list can grow, we do not copy it into this article.
Match the shop name and user ID
Lots of shops use similar names. Before you check out, make sure the shop name and user ID match the list exactly. One letter off means it is not the same shop. If in doubt, paste the shop link into the Authenticity Check.
What about other sellers?
Sellers who are not on the Authorized Store list are not official Ventela channels. Transactions with them are between the seller and the buyer, and Ventela cannot vouch for the product.
Tips for buying Ventela safely
- Choose from the Authorized Store list.
- Pay through the marketplace. You do not get that protection with a direct transfer.
- Avoid direct transfers to personal bank accounts.
- Compare prices. A price far below the official retail price is a red flag.
Can I buy through Ventela’s WhatsApp?
