"Ventela Official", "Ventela Pusat" or "Authorized" without being on this list is not proof. Match the user ID.

A blue check can be bought with a subscription, and many resellers have thousands of followers. Neither is proof.

What are Ventela's official channels?
Every official channel is in the list on this page: the website, Authorized Stores, social media accounts and head office contacts. Shops or accounts outside that list are not official Ventela channels.
What is an Authorized Store?
A shop appointed by Ventela to sell its products. The list is on the Official Stores page, with each shop's name, user ID and city.
Is every Ventela seller on a marketplace official?
No. Many sellers are not on the Authorized Store list. Transactions with them are between the seller and the buyer. For peace of mind, buy from an Authorized Store.
Is an account with a blue check always official?
Not necessarily. A blue check can be bought with a subscription. Ventela's official accounts are only the ones on this list.
I already bought a fake. What should I do?
Contact the seller and use the complaint or return feature of the marketplace you bought from. Then report the shop with the form on this page so other buyers are not fooled.
How do I know my Ventela Champion Pokémon is genuine?
According to the official Pokémon Indonesia site, products licensed by The Pokémon Company carry a certificate stamp printed on or attached to the box. Buy from an Authorized Store to be sure.
