Ventela is a local sneaker brand from Bandung, Indonesia: comfortable, durable, easy to wear and fairly priced. Made in our own factory since 2017.

Our story

The factory came first, the brand followed.

Long before Ventela, PT Sinar Runnerindo had been making vulcanized shoes in Bandung since 1989, building several brands and producing for export.

In 2017 that experience became Ventela: local canvas sneakers for every day, with factory quality at a price more people can reach.

Since 2025, Ventela has also been developing new product types, including cemented models such as Ventela RF.

The factory opens

PT Sinar Runnerindo starts making vulcanized shoes in Bandung.
2017

Ventela is born

Ventela® launches as a local vulcanized canvas sneaker brand. The trademark is filed with the DGIP the same year.
2019

Most searched

According to a Litbang Kompas analysis of Google Trends data, by the end of 2019 Ventela was the most searched local sneaker on Google Indonesia among several local brands.
2020

The collaborations begin

Hard13 Noir with Never Too Lavish (June) and Sang Sekerta with Yang Ayam and Never Too Lavish (October). The same year, the VENTELA trademark is officially registered to PT Sinar Runnerindo.
2021

Denim & All Is Well

Denim versions with Badjatex, then All Is Well with Gading Marten and EVIL.
2022

Leaving A Legacy

A collaboration with Chicco Jerikho, released on 3 July.
2023

Konnijiwa

A collaboration with Jerome Polin, covered in maths formulas.
2025

Champion & new product types

The Champion Pokémon Special Edition, officially licensed by The Pokémon Company, and Ventela starts developing new product types.
2026

V-22, Ventela RF, V-88 Low

V-22 (April), Ventela RF with Rizky Febian and V-88 Low (September).
